You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us through our Contact page. Upon request, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain information. Some anonymised aggregate data may be retained for analytical purposes.
You may submit questions, comments, feedback, and suggestions regarding BlockBeacon. You acknowledge and agree that feedback is non-confidential and will become the sole property of Aivilo Technologies Pty Ltd, which shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, in and to such feedback.

The laws governing this agreement will be the laws in Victoria, Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its Courts, its Appellate Courts, and the Federal Court of Australia sitting in Victoria.
For the purposes of this agreement the words "BlockBeacon", "We", "Our", and "Us" refer to Aivilo Technologies Pty Ltd operating under the name BlockBeacon.io, and "Site" to materials delivered on www.blockbeacon.io.
